The JDBC Metadata Connector is failing 3 XPath TCK tests

      Because DNA-613 was just fixed, we now have several XPath-related TCK unit tests now included in the TCK runs.

      The solution may be to just fix DNA-631, and then set the XPath descriptors so that these tests are not executed.
