Hi Red Hat Team,
While testing streaming services under low-bandwidth environments on RHEL-based systems, we encountered repeated buffering and delay in video rendering. These issues seem particularly evident when using high-compression codecs under network congestion.
As part of our exploration into optimized mobile streaming platforms, we came across platforms like ياسين تيفي that manage to deliver relatively smooth streams even under constrained network conditions. Although not directly associated with Red Hat, studying how such apps handle real-time video delivery could offer insights into network buffer management or dynamic stream quality adaptation.
Could this be something worth exploring as part of improving multimedia delivery support in future RHEL updates?
Thank you for your continued efforts!
