      Hi Red Hat Team,

Thank you for all the powerful tools and platforms you provide to developers and data engineers. While working on a data normalization test case for menu-based applications, I decided to use the Popeyes price menu as a sample dataset to simulate real-world parsing and automation.

What made it even more interesting was answering real consumer queries like how much is a Popeyes chicken sandwich, which helped test variable data formats, currency handling, and dynamic updates across regions.

Red Hat’s open-source frameworks made the entire process smooth, especially in handling inconsistencies across menu listings. Using real-world examples like this adds practical depth to testing workflows.

Thanks again for driving open innovation — always a pleasure exploring the boundaries of what's possible with Red Hat technology.
