When sequencing the same node multiple times, ModeShape does not remove the previous output

When the same input node (i.e. the same JCR path) is sequenced multiple times, ModeShape should remove each time the previous sequencing output. In other words, the expected behavior is for ModeShape to overwrite the sequencing output each time.

At the moment this is not happening, which results in same name siblings being created each time.
