Remove the Teiid sequencer and Teiid DDL parser from the ModeShape codebase

For a long time ModeShape has supported integration with Teiid no only by providing a JDBC driver on top of the repository, but also by having a Teiid Sequencer and a Teiid DDL parser. As the Teiid projects moves forward, the latter artifacts need updating in order to support newer Teiid-specific features.

Since the ModeShape sequencer API is stable (and has been throughout the 3.x and 4.x release stream) it's a far better option to migrate these 2 artifacts to the Teiid project and decouple their lifecycle from ModeShape's lifecycle.

Since sequencers are triggered based on an input path and optional list of supported mime types, with the appropriate configuration it will still be possible to run the ModeShape DDL sequencer and the Teiid DDL sequencer side-by-side, as long as they don't overlap with each other.

Once this task is completed, the Teiid team will be responsible for managing/releasing these artifacts going forward.
