When using filesystemBinaryStore on a cifs share (or nfs), node.remove() could be very time consuming because of the creation of small files on trash folder.
Mounting trash folder (which seems to be not so big) locally improves performance.

It could be interesting to configure the trash folder path in the configuration file of the repository.
