Create an example showing a custom authentication provider implementation

ModeShape already has a Spring Security example that concentrates more on integration with Spring, rather than the necessary steps of implementing a custom AuthorizationProvider.

We should add an additional example project which shows how any custom AuthorizationProvider can be plugged into the permission system.
