Currently web-explorer have the following ergonomic disatvantages:
- navigation displays nodes in table form with mostly empty columns;
- properties and access list reside on same area with nodes and toggled by non intuitive links.
- properties and access list forms are also mostly empty tables;
- binary content not reachable through the navigation process and available as regular property only;
The suggestion is to implement transparent navigation till the binary content of the node rather then access binary content as property. Exclude toggle process between list of nodes and properties/acls. Put both views on the same. The required space can be jammed from the currently empty tables.
