RepositoryExplorer app is not included or tested in the integration test module

The standalone-modeshape.xml file used in the modeshape-jbossas-integration-tests module does not use the repository explorer. This should be fixed, and there should be a new test that verifies it deploys and is accessible.

While the repository explorer app is included in the kit's standalone-modeshape.xml configuration, this is not verified via our the modeshape-jbossas-kit-tests module. Specifically, the JBossASKitTest. webApplicationsShouldBeAccessible() test method should verify that the repository explorer is included and is accessible in the standard kit.
