Limitations and problems in the new query engine

The new query engine does not yet support full text search when no indexes are defined, so many of the associated tests in JcrQueryManagerTest have been commented out.

Additionally, there are several other tests (many involving outer joins) in the JCR TCK test that were not yet working for 4.0.0.Alpha1 and need to be addressed. They are skipped in modeshape-jcr/pom.xml.
