When you have an own query configuration in repository-config-standalone.json, you can simply delete the node type while it is even in use. This causes inconsistent data, since the reference to the node type stays in the node.
Without this configuration, you will get an exception.

Reproducible in unit test using file system, directory gets cleaned up after every tearDown.
