Allow the use of Infinispan's RemoteCacheManager as the cache container

      The LocalEnvironment (and possibly JcrRepository) presume in a few places the CacheContainer is an instance of DefaultCacheManager or EmbeddedCacheManager. This precludes using a RemoteCacheManager.
