Session.getNodeByIdentifier should not return the version history of a node

When versioning nodes, ModeShape uses the same NodeKey as the versioned node for the versionHistory node which is stored in the system area.

This exposes the problem that after a versionable node is removed, a user can still use its ID and call session.getNodeByIdentifier which will return the versionHistory node.
