When starting up AS 7.1.1 with ModeShape deployed, the following error messages are logged for each of the configured repositories:

11:34:48,866 ERROR [org.modeshape.jcr.JcrRepositoryFactory] (MSC service thread 1-7) The 'sample' repository in the ModeShape engine in JNDI at 'jcr' is not running or has been shutdown

They seem to be benign (don't prevent the repository from working), but we should handle these messages which are most likely factory/url related.
