Upgrade to Infinispan 5.2.1.Final

      Upgrade to use the latest Infinispan 5.2.x.Final. Note, Infinispan just made it a lot easier to do this with ISPN-2683, which produces a "kit" for AS7 that installs 5.2 as a module using the "5.2" slot. This means this "kit" can be installed on top of AS7.1.1 without screwing up the pre-installed 5.1.2.

      Thus, ModeShape users would need to install into their AS7.1.1 instance this Infinispan 5.2 kit, the Hibernate Search kit, and our kit. So our kit needs to be changed to use these other kits (and their appropriate slots).
