Teiid Sequencer default output path should be corrected

The ModeShape default configuration file from the AS kit for the Teiid sequencer has the following output path expressions:
/sequenced/teiid/models$1 and /sequenced/teiid/vdbs$1.

Normally there should be a "/" before the $1 placeholder, so this is most likely a type-o that needs correcting.
