Referencing to irc conversation with rhauch.

Currently there are two readme files - one displayed on github, second in repo - README_COMMITERS.txt . The second one could be eliminated and integrated with the one displayed on github.

1. One readme file is better than two
2. README_COMMITERS.txt is a surprise for a person beginning work with modeshape sources since it might be spotted after importing project to IDE, however it contains important links with main guidlines, workflow etc
