Add tests to verify ModeShape can be restarted and still read binary values

Add tests that verify that ModeShape can be configured with persistence (Infinispan using a file cache store, indexes stored on the file system, and binaries stored on the file system) and used to store multiple files, and none of the information is lost when restarting ModeShape.
