This issue is exposed by the TCK tests (org.apache.jackrabbit.test.api.query.qom.*) and is related to the fact that QueryObjectModel.getStatement doesn't get converted to a SQL2 statement in the case of queryManager.createQuery(qomQuery.getStatement(), Query.JCR_SQL2)
