Add INFO-level log messages related to re-indexing

ModeShape should write out INFO-level log messages that tell when the re-indexing process begins and ends. We do have log messages, but they are currently at the debug level. Considering that this only happens upon startup, it should be okay to add two more INFO-level messages.
