Events are fired incorrectly for UUID and non public properties

    Description

      In JcrObservationManager, there is no filtering on properties to check that they are valid to be fired. Spoke to Randall about this and the decision was made that private properties (e.g. UUID or modeint:* should not be fired similar to how they are returned in getProperties)
