A number of our integration tests were failing periodically, and after a lot of debugging it appears that some updates to the indexes might be getting overwritten in some situations involving sequencers. The failing test cases all involved sequencing content, and the problems were manifest as some of the content derived by the sequencers not appearing in the indexes.
