Error when importing nodes on JPA connectors

    Description

      http://pastebin.com/n1dWUjM4 occurs when reimporting freshly deleted nodes. Error doesn't occur with in-memory configuration.
      Running select count from MODE_SIMPLE_LARGE_VALUES after the error occurs gives me 344 as a result.
