      Technically, this can be prevented by limiting the number of connections in the pool to be 1. Granted, such a workaround is quite restrictive and not very desirable, but in a pinch it will work.

      Running on MS 2.3.0-Final configured to use HSQLDB as a backing database, attempt to retrieve newly created new workspace fails.
