Add 'mode:publishArea' node type

      Define a 'mode:publishArea' mixin node type that can be used to dynamically determine which areas in a workspace can be used for publishing via the Eclipse plugin and REST client. (Also add a method to the REST client that returns the paths of all publishing areas within a repository & workspace.)
