This is problematic when some locales are used, e.g. Turkish. In this case, e.g. JSESSIONID becomes jsessıonıd when converted to lower.

The only real problem appears to be when trying to bind with e.g. Turkish locale on Linux in DatagramChannelFactoryImpl won't bind while it should have.
