The PR was approved and merged. The mod_proxy_cluster project now uses clang-format for code style checking.

The httpd has its style guide. The mod_proxy_cluster does not have a style guide, and its code base contains some inconsistencies. Introducing the same style guide to mod_proxy_cluster would solve these inconsistencies and align the module better with the server.
