If a request contains a stickied session and there is not a balancer member matching its route, this can then have a degraded response time.

This is more situational but may naturally occur in spurts after a balancer member is shutdown. Any clients previously stickied to that removed member can then see a degradation for their requests at least until they get a new session route established to another available balancer member.
