    Description

      With the changes to module structure e.g. in MODCLUSTER-528 where each tomcat has a complete copy of the source code and is ever compiled against a complete set of Tomcat dependencies, there is no longer need for the service loader mechanism and Host/Context/etcFactory-ies.
