    Description

      RewriteRule ^/(.*)$ balancer://mycluster/myapp/$1 [L,PT]

      This doesn't work; it fails with a 400/bad request and httpd complains about an invalid uri. This was previously fixed by MODCLUSTER-213. It looks like this was broken again in 1.2.4.Final+ by MODCLUSTER-328.
