It's possible that there are use cases where `crane` could be used as a configManagementPlugin in ArgoCD. The goal of this effort would be to:

1. Investigate Argo's configManagementPlugins
2. Either develop an example using `crane` as a plugin to Argo, explain why that is not something we should do, or create follow-up issues to identify gaps that prevent `crane` from being meaningfully used as an Argo plugin.
