As a user, I want to install plugins from the default plugin repository for a specific os/arch and I want the flexibility of installing the appropriate version of the plugin.

Definition of Done

• Must be able to download the correct binary/file for the machine
• Must be able to install the binary into the provided plugin directory
• For a given plugin directory must be able to list the plugins in the directory and which repo it is from
• Must be able to choose a version to install as an option
