The restic DaemonSet created by the MigrationController does not provide a way to configure toleration or applies default toleration to make sure it can run on every OpenShift Container Platform - Node.

With that, there is a problem that the DaemonSet can't run the pod on OpenShift Container Platform - Node(s) when there is a taint set. Hence it's required to either provide functionality to add toleration that match the taint or provide a toleration that does match all taints and thus allow running the necessary pod on all OpenShift Container Platform - Node(s).
