We have a progress bar for Backups, but not for Restore today, since Velero didn't expose restore progress until we implemented that upstream and exposed that data. We need to implement a progress bar in the same way that exists for Backup today.

Upstream work merged and is part of Velero 1.6, most of progress bar skeleton is ready in the UI (just needs to be applied on Restore Step), in the backend we have to add code to simply put the Restore progress information in MigMigration CR just like we do for backup
