This builds on prior work done in CAM 1.2 to detect when a given GVK is not available on a target cluster (https://issues.redhat.com/browse/MIG-117).

We want to extend that work to perform an auto conversion of a limited set of resources to improve the user experience of migrating applications from OCP 3.x to OCP 4.4+.

The specific issue we want to target is to auto convert a set of resources identified in below so they are converted to the recommended version for OCP 4.4+
