Remove gluster from the default move list now that it's configurable

      Now that we provide an override setting for allowing move of other volume types, it's time to remove gluster from the default list if it's not supported. This was originally added for a specific customer because we didn't have another way to offer.

      We know that under most circumstances, this isn't going to work out of the box.
