It's likely for real production migrations users will be chunking their plans, assuming 10 NS per plan (the default limit). That puts us at a realistic scale of anywhere from 500->10000+ plans on the high end.

The UI needs controls that makes it usable for this quantity. Mainly search, filter, and pagination.
