Remove release-v{1.2,1.3} channel from catalog

      We'll be marking the images as deprecated in the Red Hat Image Catalog prior to the 1.4.4 release. To match our drop of support for the 1.2.z release, we'd also like to remove the release-v1.2 channel from being advertised as installable via the OLM catalog.

      Also looking to drop 1.3 with the 1.5 release, since we're moving to a support policy of currentRelease & currentRelease-1
