Velero 1.6 introduced support for multiple credentials, prior to this the support was limited, only allowing one credential per provider type.  This Jira is to track evaluating our usage of Velero and making any updates needed so we can support multiple credentials.

End goal of this Jira is that a user will be able to configure and use 2+ AWS credentials for BSL/VSL.   For example, 2 MigPlans may exist, each using a different set of credentials as a different MigStorage instance.  When each plan is run it uses the correct set of credentials.
