[DOC] Doc mention annotation is not supported

      In the 4.19 documentation, we see the following warning:

      Warning
      Red Hat does not support clusters with the annotation enabling this feature gate.
      Do not add this annotation in a production cluster, if you add that annotation you receive a cluster wide alert indicating that your cluster is no longer supported. 
      

       

      I think this is just relating to 4.17, however it's not clear.  Can we clarify the intent, ie:

       

      For version 4.17, Red Hat does not support clusters with the annotation enabling this feature gate. 
      

       

      Or can this section be removed entirely? It's relating specifically to 4.17, but this is the 4.19 docs.
