As discussed in this slack thread, this ticket focuses on simplifying the must-gather file for MTC without having any conditional statements related to OADP troubleshooting. 

With this change, this file will only focus on troubleshooting steps related to Migrating from OCP 3 to 4 and Migrating Toolkit for containers. 

There is another new file created for using the must-gather tool with information only specific to OADP.
