      Description:
After running a migration using MTC, the UI incorrectly indicates that the migration was successful (status marked as Migration succeeded with green color) even though the Direct Volume Migration (DVM) phase actually failed. This misleading status appears on both the general Migration page and the Migration Details page. The failure is only visible when manually navigating to the phase details page.

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Trigger a migration using a DVM scenario where the rsync pods are expected to fail (as done by applying a restrictive network policy in the test).
      1. Observe the migration status in the MTC UI once the process completes.
      1. The overall migration is shown as Completed in green, even though the DVM step failed.
      1. Only by inspecting the specific step in the pipeline is the failure visible.

      Expected Result:
The migration should be marked as Failed if any of the phases, including DVM, fail. The UI should reflect this at the top-level status and not only inside the step details.

      Actual Result:
Migration is marked as Completed with a green indicator despite a failure in the DVM step.
