Description:
When we create a migplan from MTC UI , and change the target namespace to something different than the source namespace, and save the migration plan. It cannot be edited again to have the target namespace same as the source namespace again.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Created a namespace "test" in source cluster
2. Created a migplan from UI, and changed the target namespace to "test-tgt" on Namespaces page. Migplan ready.
3. Edit migplan, go to namespaces page, Now, when we try to change the target namespace back to original (same as source namespace), it is not possible.

Expected results:
Migplan should allow changing the namespace back to normal.

Actual results:

It shows warning and does not allow to edit the namespace back to normal
