Description:

On performing rollback of a migration, the velero backup or restores created during the migration are not removed. But it is mentioned in the rollback instructions that it will be removed.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Deploy any application with PVCs
2. Create a migration plan and perform the cutover migration.
3. Trigger Rollback of that migration. Before triggering the rollback , an instruction dialog box appears which says that Velero backups/restores should be removed.

Expected results:
Either the instructions should be removed or backup/restores should be removed after rollback

Actual results:

Backup/restores are not removed and instructions seem incorrect
