While trying to convert a volume to a different storageClass in the same OCP cluster, the volume does not get discovered and cannot be selected.

A message "At least one PVC must be selected for Storage Class Conversion" will appear while trying to create the MigPlan resource.

The PersistentVolumeClaims were previously migrated and MTC kept the labels from the previous migration.

It seems MigAnalytics won't be able to discover properly this PVC and will skip it.

Workaround: remove migration.openshift.io/migrated-by-migmigration & migration.openshift.io/migrated-by-migplan labels from the PVC and re-attempt the storage class conversion.

Previously migrated PVC shouldn't be blocked to be converted again.
