When using DIM, if a label selector is set on the MigPlan, DIM does not respect it and attempts to migrate all imagestreams in the namespace.

I think we need to pass this label selector here: https://github.com/migtools/mig-controller/blob/master/pkg/controller/directimagemigration/imagestream.go#L53
