Description of problem:

Starting on 4.13 product documentation of MTC on troubleshooting section

We should use OADP must-gather, but this doesn't contain the required CRD for troubleshooting MTC issues (such as MigPlans, MigControllers....).

Before 4.13, there was an specific must-gather image for MTC

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): 4.13 and 4.14

Expected results:

MTC must-gather should use MTC specific image instead of the OADP one
