This Jira is to track updating the MTC downstream documentation to include a guided workflow of how to use State Only transfer.

State-only transfer is the mode in MTC that allows it to migrate 'state' or Persistent Volume data in conjunction with clusters leveraging a GitOps or CI/CD deployment style.

We have this in official downstream documentation, it looks to be outdated.  (Need an engineer to read over and help call out what to update):
