      Description of problem:

      The MTC generates continued requests to Azure Storage API when idle.
This consumes the limits of Azure Storage.

      Always

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Install MTC on Azure

      Actual results:

      Constant generation of request to Azure Storage API that consume the API limits.

      Expected results:

      Less requests per minute, that doesn't consumes API limits in Azure.
