MTC was added to community operators a long time ago, primarily as a mechanism
for us to be able to deliver more bleeding edge code to customers than we were
able to do so with the downstream MTC operator. It's not causing issue when
people search for "crane" in the Operator Hub; it's very confusing to see this
entry and nobody is utilizing this install path for MTC that we're aware of.

We should "unpublish" it from community-operators so that this stops showing
up in the catalog.
